Why Buyers Won't Buy Your Home
I often get asked for my opinion on why some homes stay on the market for so long and sometimes get limited showings. I wish there was a “silver bullet” answer to this question. There are many different reasons a house may stay on the market for a long time; location, neighborhood, amenities, façade, etc… However, one reason, that often stands out as the culprit, is the list price.
