Home-Buyer Guide

If you are in the market to buy, then it is in your best interest to enlist the services of a Buyer's Agent to represent your needs.

Buying a home is very exciting. However, it can also be overwhelming and stressful at times. This is in part due to the number of steps involved with buying a house, as well as the amount of legal documents you'll have to sign to purchase your future home. This is when you need the patience of an experienced Realtor® to answer your questions and guide you through the process.

Please take a moment to completed the questionnaire, and I will be more than happy to help you with your home search.

First Time Homebuyers!

Buying your first home can be such n exciting and liberating event in your life. As your First-Time Home Buyer Specialist, I am here to help guide you every step of the way from getting qualified for a loan, to making an offer, and all the way to closing on your first home!

As your Realtor, it is my job to make the experience of buying your first home a pleasant journey; walking you through searching for the right home, negotiating the offer, getting the necessary inspections and appraisal, and being there every step of the way.

Remember, as a buyer, you do not pay your Realtor® to represent you. As your Realtor® partner, my services do not cost you anything. When the sellers list their home with a listing agent, the sellers agree to pay a commission to bother the listing and the buyer's agent.

Contact me, Robert Masoudpour, when you're ready to begin searching for your new home. (404)424-4747

STEPS TO BUYING  YOUR FIRST HOME

  1. Pull your credit and review for any issues (AnnualCreditReport.com)...Usually 4 to 5 months prior to beginning your home search.

  2. Talk to a trusted loan officer to talk about your financing, and get a grasp of how your credit is, what loan products you qualify for, and what price range of home you can afford. Your Realtor® will be able to suggest a few trusted loan professionals.

  3. When choosing a Realtor®, make sure to pick one who specialized in first time home buyers and will be able to guide you, confidently, through the home buying process, and make you feel comfortable about your purchase.

Why Having a Buyer Broker Important:

As a Buyer, you need someone to represent you in the process. The builder, or his agent, represents the company. Your interest as a Buyer can not be fully represented on a fiduciary basis.

A contracted Buyers Broker becomes your fiduciary agent and it is their responsibility to represent your interest above all others in the transaction, from start to finish. The Buyers Broker is normally paid by the Seller for completion of the transaction. He EARNS his money by making sure that you ( the Buyer ) are protected, and that the transaction (sale) is completed.
