Wow! What can I say about Robert, that has not been already said? He is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, humorous, and is awesome to work with! Robert explained clearly and concisely what he was going to do for me as my Realtor! When Robert came to my home, not only did he come with a Sellers Contract, he had stats of comparable homes, which sold in my community and surrounding areas within the last 6 to 12 months! Robert was my saving grace through my house selling process. He handled everything behind the scenes so I didn’t have to stress about it. It felt like I hired a trusted friend to help me. He had a great sense of humor, and gave amazing advice about staging my house. We got it sold it a short amount of time, which I’m convinced is because of his guidance. Also loved his detailed market analysis, which helped me decide on a list price. Overall, super knowledgeable and experienced, but also friendly and trustworthy. Robert is an amazing person first and foremost. The fact that he is also an exceptional realtor is just an added bonus. One can not help but feel a profound connection with Robert due to his kind hearted and friendly demeanor. He listens to his clients’ needs while fully absorbing the information to bring them the homes that really capture what they envisioned for their new home. While Robert holds these needs of his clients to the highest regard, he does not go without taking their wants into account and doing whatever is in his power to also include those in the homes he finds. It really makes the buyer feel valued, received, and advocated for. He gives his advice when necessary to ensure that whatever the case may be it is in the best interest of his clients.
